Thule is looking for two Associate Product Managers (APM) in our Truck Rack & Professional category and our Adventure Camping category to work with our great team of highly skilled professionals. About the Role:

The Associate Product Manager(s) play a key support role in supporting the Product Manager achieve the goals of assigned product category(ies). The ACM assists in meeting annual and multi-year targets for Volume, Net Sales (NS), EBIT, and market share by supporting planning, execution, and management activities across the full product lifecycle. Guided by the Category Manager, the ACM coordinates cross-functional efforts, analyzes market and competitive trends, supports new product development, and assists with execution of marketing, sales, and operational strategies.

  • Support the Product Manager with research, data, and analysis to inform category strategy, KPIs, and market positioning
  • Assist in monitoring competitors, identifying product opportunities, and contributing to pricing and promotional planning
  • Help coordinate new product development activities, launch readiness, and end-of-life transitions
  • Provide category sales, inventory, and performance tracking support, and prepare related reports
  • Contribute to consumer and market insight gathering to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage operational tasks, and suggest process improvements

 What You'll Bring:

  • Familiarity with the relevant product categories and/or strong organizational skills
  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, research, and critical thinking abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong Excel skills; database or ERP system experience a plus
  • Project management skills with cross-functional team experience a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
